To establish the best strategy, the City has put together a Planning Committee comprised of City Officials, Park Board Members business owners, public entity representation and Community members. The goal of the Master Plan is to create a vision for the future of Perham's Park and Trail system and to prioritize future planning that will serve the community and visitors alike while protecting this special place for decades to come.
